6. Longer Call Recording - no seperate PC required & many years of call recording is possible.
7. Keep Geographic Number - by switching to voip your landline number can move with you.
8. Automatic Call Diversion - should your PBX or internet fail your calls will be diverted automatically
9. Shorter Contracts - most VOIP suppliers have short contracts.
10. More Control - apply your own call diverts and modify your phone system remotely
